Used to working irregular hours, called out anytime of night, understanding what people want
Reporting all accidents/incidents to head office, safety meetings, udit/inspections, training, chairing disciplinary enquiries, assist with salaries/bonuses/incentives Communication, open-door-policy, and understanding the diverse cultures is part of your daily commitment to achieve the objectives and goals Learnt that every employee is just as important as the next one I enjoy liaising, interacting and assisting people. Challenges comes daily through the type of injuries, how you deal with it, and how you take it forward to eliminate. Especially during fatalities, on how to handle to bereaved families, assist and keeping in contact with them, as not to show that you forgot them after a person's passing on. Co-workers still phone me for advice, and to find how I am doing after my retrenchment. They all call me mama Fifi.
Pros: Building a relationship with the community and ensure that SHERQC is taken forward to them as well.
Cons: Due to nature of work, only contracting basis at sites

Excellent,team building ,good communication
good relationship with my collages, ability to work as team. assisting each other , having opportunity to deal with conflicts amongs other co-workers, disciplinary hearing meeting,expirience meeting deadline on time, submission of report in time

Great opportunity for meeting new people
my job is very easy, and i interact well with most of the employees my supervisor is understanding and very human i dont like working from January to December on holidays and on weekends
