I do booking for conferences mainly and few individual bookings. I love my job its not stressing i'm able to handle the pressure. Doing my job and joking with my colleagues is what i enjoy most. I have lent a lot from my colleagues and i enjoy balancing my invoices.

Pros: I love to move up the ladder and get more challenging job
Cons: I do not have problem with long hours as long my guest are happy

My review

Alpha Conference Centre has a pretty straightforward work day. We arrive early for the manager's meeting, thereafter we get going with our duties. As the Marketing Manager, I am responsible for growing the business. The measure is simple: keep the guest fill rate at 80% and keep the overall revenues growing at a sustainable rate. To do this my team and I focus on social media marketing strategies, we make use of travel platforms, and we make extensive use of email marketing. Our client base consists mainly of businesses and government departments who seek conferencing services, and this is where digital marketing proves to be most effective and keeps us within a reasonable budget.

Pros: Meeting diverse groups of people and businesses
Cons: Growth very inhibited
