Great Experience

In addition to all manual office work, record keeping and filing, I am very comfortable with Microsoft Office. During my previous work experiences, I have learnt a lot about digital cataloguing and maintaining all record on computer. During my coursework I mastered Microsoft office software and developed expertise in office tools offered by Microsoft. I’m quick at grasping new things and have exceptional abilities when it comes to personnel management. Above all, I have an inborn talent of planning and conducting the intended task in an organized manner. I am a self-driven worker who not needs to be instructed twice about any task. Whatever task I’m assigned, it is completed with great devotion, dedication and persistence.

Cost and verify invoice’s on daily basis to Kerridge and Embrace systems Reconcile accounts and request outstanding invoice to assure that all the invoice’s which are reflecting on the supplier’s statements I PARTNER - VW SOUTH AFRICA Motorite and Infiniti - Motor plan Invoices : Motorite Admin Fees - Split the calculation between new and pre-owned vehicles, send proof of payment with remittance advice GUARDRISK BORDEREAU’S for Dent Repair, Tyre Warranty and Tyre and Rim Warranty process and get pay on monthly basis. MONTHLY CREDITORS RUN and all preparations
