Great Experience

My work day is unpredictable, as I deal with Exports, and every day has its own challenges. I have a good relationship with my colleagues. I enjoy the fast pace of Export, and I have learnt not to take things personally. The most challenging aspect is dealing with Micro Managers and not experiencing open lines of communication with staff and management

Pros: I have a good relationship with my colleagues, The staff are team players, Knock 0ff at 2pm on a Friday
Cons: Some Management are Micro Managers, Some do not follow protocol and disrespectful

Hands on

Start early and get the deliveries out so they can come back and do more deliveries. Plan daily and expect the unexpected. Do cycle counting and month end counting plus capturing. Know your teams strongs and weaknesses.Do daily meetinngs with CSC,s.

Great Experience

ALPLA is a pleasant company to work fo. I have learnt alot, but at times people do not know boundaries Staff are helpful and are willing to teach you
