My job is to do sampling of chrome that includes chrome sand, ferro chrome also drilling of copper. Relationship with core workers is strictly proffesional we work as team to achieve more. Working hours from 7 to 5pm and also do overtime when required to do so.Theres no challenge i come across everything running smooth

Great opportunity to learn new aspects

Theres alot of experience that can be gained. Alot of hard work to put in but you are constantly learning throughout and mastering what you do. The employees are great to work with. Always willing to learn new things. We test samples of different commodities and some are not pleasant to work with

Great opportunity to learn

Co-workers are good to work with and to teach. Always willing to learn. A typical day at work is one that requires dedication and complete focus as other industries rely on the results that we produce. Constantly meeting SLA's. Work on samples of different commodities that require different tests. Besides lab work I am involved in quality (Internal audits, quality checks etc) so constantly learning in the lab and out.

Cons: Growth is stagnant
