Work Experience

I work 11 hours shifts for 4 a work. I enjoy my my job because it requires team work. I'm currently an employee of the Month in my department voted for by co-workers. I like learning new things everyday and challenging myself. I enjoying helping others or trying together to get solutions. I can however work independently very well. I can not say there are challenging aspect in my job because I really like being challenged and working under pressure.

Pros: Great opportunities for growth, acquiring eadership skills, and great opportunities for promotion when deserving.
Cons: Long hour shifts
