Working with divers stakeholders all over the world

I enjoyed working in Alshaya and i learned a lot of things wich made me better as a manager and as employee . I met a diffrent people from different culture and this is one the points that made me more open and confident to try diffrent oppurtunities even if it will be in diffrent countries

Pros: great exposure and dealing with stakeholders all over the world.
Cons: long hours, working under pressure with no margin for error
