I started working for Alstom at Eskom Kusile Site providing administrative assistance to 6 employees.As the numbers of employees grew my experience also widened. I have had the pleasure to work with people from all backgrounds,cultures and countries. The most challenging aspect of my job currently is working with people who are under pressure to meet deadlines in the plant.They are usually very frustrated and as an Administrator I have to make sure that the office,transportation and accommodation facilities are the least of their worries. This has molded and strengthened my personality,and and has taught me to be always professional in my work.

Pros: Experience in working in projects
Cons: 54 hour working weeks
