My day start with checking all new deliveries,activation's and retention's, hint line must be maintained at 95 %, respond to all emails. I have a great relationship with co-workers, great communication so the environment is friendly and productive I have learnt to put clients needs first and making sure all their issues are attended to. Speaking to a diverse range of clients Dealing with difficult clients, however great products knowledge is key, so they are advised accordingly and planning on way forward.

We have morning meeting , discussing previous day stats and planning the days targets. Follow up on on day before activation's and deliveries, check emails and respond promptly to the urgent one. Keeping hunt line at 95% service level Calling all Online applicants Check all activations, VAS Logging all queries Report your daily stats I have great relationship with my co-workers, it is a team environment, able to be professional at all times. I have learnt not to procrastinate, get all task done within proper time frame, to avoid back log and escalations Speaking to a diverse range of people and all level and resolving clients queries Dealing with unhappy clients
