Communicate and interact with all levels within the business enterprise
-Communicate and interact with all levels within the business enterprise, both internal and external. - Process travel request and manage bookings, - Reconciling of international travel - Recording, typing and distribution of minutes - Diary management - Capture and manage purchase requisitions (Facilities/Supply Chain/Sales and Marketing) - Compilation and distribution of management reports - Staff supervision - Responsible for managing outsourced contractors e.g. clinic, security, canteen, cleaning etc. - Arrange lunches and or refreshments for internal and external customers - General Administration
