Excellent Learning curve

A typical day at work includes, verifying raw material for specifications, testing the final product for conformity and update trends. I work well with my co-workers as I have to oversee everything they do and that includes supervising two interns. I have learnt how to control and manage my anger and disappointments. what I enjoy most is researching on new products that are still on the development stage. The most challenging aspect is having a product that do not comply then you have to investigate since the record from production says it is within range.

Excellent learning curve

A typical day at work includes, receiving raw material, testing the product for quality, dispatching the products. Issuing tax invoices and quotations to customers. updating and reviewing SOP, capturing data for tends. I work well with my colleagues being quality assistant means I have to insure that all the departments comply all the time that means working together with the relevant people. I have learnt to be patient and that one has to have a student mentality to grow. What I enjoy most is teaching the interns and experiential learners that we normally host for a year. the most challenging aspect of this job is collecting debt from customers that do not pay in time.

Pros: I learn something new everyday
Cons: I work for a small company no opportunity to grow
