I pray each and every morning for a Better day since I know some days are hard at work and some fo the guys that I work with are hectic some are very good. I lean to adapt good things and expand them to a biger way of working and sing things

Learning old tricka

Under paid and over worked. Company employed people and promised them good promotion opportunities but forget about them soon as they go on site They do not pay as they advertised and are not always compliant with labour law

Pros: No prospect of promotion
Cons: Long hours
