Excellent space to develop ones management skills

A fast paced working environment that allows self starters to learn as much as they want. The business is dynamic and provides lots of room for learning and applying one's skills and knowledge. Hard working specialists are given free reign to implement strategies, ideas and business improvements. Co-workers are very open to learning from open-minded and skilled leaders. I love getting people involved in projects and my co-workers love being included, so I use this to obtain a detailed operational understanding which helps me implement projects effectively. I have learned how to lead, manage and inspire internal and external stakeholders and have enhanced my understanding and experience in B2C Marketing, Mobile Marketing and technology. The thing I enjoy most is the freedom to conduct various A/B testing and develop people. The most challenging aspects of my current job is dealing with colleagues that have become complacent and lack ambition and confidence.

Excellent learning curve

Very good company however there is room for improvement. No growth and salary can be better. I have a very good relationship with colleagues, sometimes i feel that i do too much to make everyone happy. I have learnt alot and gained so much experience. I enjoy my job, i like doing admin work and being busy. I am up for any challenges as its given to me all the time.

Cons: Little salary
