Great experience

-Employment includes attending to queries from sellers via email, chat and phone call. Attention to detail and importance of good impression with the seller. One of the company's values is Customer Obsession resulting in good feedback. - Excellent professional relationship with my co workers, which goes quite nicely such as assisting one another. Problem solving and learning new skills to reach our target. - I have learnt to keep my integrity and values, as this has benefited me, as I make sure to not compromise the quality of my work. -I enjoy giving direct support to sellers from all parts of the world, assisting them and most importantly resolving the query. The contribution I make in my job is vital to the sellers ability to make key financial decisions which ultimately influence the overall success of their business. - I would have to say the most challenging part is being measured on the feedback the sellers sends back to the company.

Pros: Great incentives especially for performing staff e.g vouchers, meals and recognition. Free transport drop offs for night shift staff.
Cons: long hours especially challenging as a single mother, no annual increase for working staff.

Excellent learning experience

Best opportunity to learn the trade and improve.great opportunities to get promoted. Was a nice working with diverse people. Management was fair. Pay structure was fairly competitive. Long hours and little social life.

Mytime working there taught me a lot of problem solving skills.

Working at Amazon was a huge learning curve for me. Everyday brought a different challenge and sharpened my problem solving skills. My relationship with my co-workers was superb, I made a lot of friends. The thing I enjoyed the most was the fact that whenever I solved a customers problem it brought a smile to my face and to theirs as well.
