Optimum learning environment with amazing leadership principle focus
To be honest, it has to be one of the companies that I can say truly lives up to wanting the best for their employees. During my time there I have not only been able to identify the leadership principles that I value most but have also trained as a trained, taken part in process improvement projects and completed a course provided in process improvement. Working there also means that you are exposed to many managing styles due to the constant change of schedule and work times. This has also shown me the cause and affect that different management styles have on different individuals. P.S. this is genuine opinion of my experience and far from sugar coating. Just as there are positives there are some negatives like the scheduling or working hours. However u have to say that for the most of it, the pro's outweigh the con's.

It was a great company to work for. Lots of vibe and a chilled out atmosphere.
Having been that I was working in the German department in the company, it gave me an opportunity to use the language I learnt at University. It was a challenging and rewarding experience.
Pros: Definitely lots of opportunities for personal growth.
Cons: Long and irregular shifts, but I guess that's what made working there exciting.

Amazing experience
My time at amazing allowed me to see how different people work their culture their drive. The environment allowed you to work stress free and made for good competition amongst peers with regards to stats.

Great learning experience
I have enjoyed my time as a customer consultant at Amazon. It was a wonderful experience as I had to deal with a number of different customers and assist them with solving their problems to make their experiences with online shopping easy and work for thier needs. Having to deal with customers from all over the globe has actually improved my communication skills and patience. It was a wonderful experience overall. The work environment is wonderful and my team members were very helpful, as I was the only one that was new and inexperienced. They were my resources and my team manager always made sure I utilise everyone if I come across something new.

Fantastic place to work.
A typical Amazonian day includes doing your best to assist each customer that calls with the occasional stressful call. Co-workers are always a joy to be around and the friendships that develop make the days even more enjoyable. The training team and tenured agents are always open to helping you grow and learn more about the products as well as your ability to be confident, listen actively, resolve conflicts and think outside the box. What I enjoy the most about Amazon is the ability to grow and development your personal skills such as active listening, confidence and decision making as well as resolving customers issues on a daily basis. The most challenging aspect at Amazon is providing a customer with the only solution possible despite there dislike for the solution.

Excellent Development Skills
Amazon Development Centre has taught me a lot when it comes to Customer Service. I have acquired personal skills and perfected my tone, pitch and delivery when speaking to customers. I have also been exposed to methods of de-escalation with irate customers. amazon has given me power to understand and empathise with customers in order to provide the best customer service possible by advocating for both the customer and the client.

Great work ethic
Excellent working environment. I have made so many good memories and have found good friends. My day consists of emails and meetings in the morning and then going back to the workstation and start my day. I've enjoyed the environment most however the overnight shifts has taken a toll on me and my personal life as it's hard to find a balance between work and family life being a husband and a father.

Great experience
I had the best manager and work life's real nice.It has alot of culture everyone has a great understanding and does get along really well. Always fun going to work never a dull moment.

Everyday is day 1
Everyday there is a new issue and it would affect most of the customers, Depending on OS. I enjoyed the pressure and being able to solve customers daily issues.
