Good stepping stone

Getting punctuality right inorder to start the day on a good note. Being made aware of how sensitive relations with fellow employees can get. Learning the ability to take initiative and to self motive. You have to be a team player and realizing its importance in achieving our production targets. The most challenging aspect is getting the right amount of communication at the workplace which results to information circulating in time for everyone to do their job.
