Good opportunity to learn more printing industry

Everyday is a normal working with different challenges. My relationship with my co-workers is that we have a good communication and treat one another like brother's. Being with the company for a short period of time I have learnt to work independently and handle the task successfully. I enjoying the shifts that the company is currently at. I had faced tough Task were I had to go planning for shutdown work and finishing up in time to start up the plant. Where I have beaten the challenge.

Pros: Company offers all round training including technical support
Cons: Good 3 shifts anyone want to work

Excellent training provided

Unfortunately I would rather not. Do not wish to name and shame. It has always been a great pleasure working for Amcor until senior executives from Europe implemented strategies which were not aligned with our local markets causing havoc in the business.

Pros: Great systems and technology
Cons: Management not replacing employees leaving rheumatoid business which puts enormous pressure on the current team.
