My passion for Service Excellence

Working for an International company at an International client, is a very fulfilling experience. My Team is a multi national team spread over various countries and time zones. A Matrix management model is used to engage the team to provide support for my customer. I am the only person from my company onsite. I do have a very good relationship with the whole team. I am also working very closely with my customer and are very fortunate to speak the local language. We do manage the client's Business Support System.

Experienced and expert Oracle DBA

Working in a team of 12 different individuals daily is a family setup and understanding, being able to share knowledge and identify issues and solutions coordinate with every individual to reduce turnaround time. We learnt a lot from each other and this resulted in understanding each other's strengths and weaknesses, but that doesn't takeaway team working and team spirit. We encountered several pressure situations from client with limit window to respond but we have prevailed and produced top class solution and stability.

I worked at Amdocs full-time for 2 years. 1.Food 2.Onsite opportunities 3.Easy process 4.Lots of things to learn 5.Working on latest technologies 6. Friendly work environment 7. Team Events/Team Building activities
