It’s a great working environment with lots of challenges. Being compliant and adhere to rules and regulations from South African reserves banks. It’s a busy environment that challenges your speed and efficiency in transactions

Great. there's a lot of space to learn new things

My day starts at 6:00am (by choice) this gives me time to prepare for my day properly and submiting my end of day in time. My relationship with my co-workers is good, am good at communicating and always made sure that I maintain it since we all need each other in order for our work to be done. The company gave me a lot space to learn new things and coming out of my comfort zone, and I wasn't afraid to ask when I had free time, this gave the chance to back my co-workers when they were off sick or on leave. I've learnt how to import and export and new things that I didn't know that they exist. What I enjoyed the most was team buildings though I had 2 of those but I really enjoyed those, working as a team putting our ideas in one place to win (even though my teams didn't win but I enjoyed and had fun). The most challenging aspects of the job were clients and adapting to the new system.

Reliable

I am very quick on learning and am always ready to be trained

I enjoy working with my colleagues. We always help one another in planning a day to day routines. When experiencing challenges I consult with my supervisor. If the clients are not happy with our services I make sure that I represent the company and resolve the matter and then gave report to my supervisor

Great working experience.

I enjoy learning everyday ,being able to work with other people and understand the importance of good communication amongst co-workers. Understanding and meeting deadlines and coping with working under pressure. Being in a good working environment.

work for the company for the last 5 years manage more than 20 consultants manage 6 branches received an award for outstanding sales performance handle all consultant queries and HR related matters

A perfect start to consultancy

Been working in the banking environment for more than 5 years now. Its been the best experience for a young man who has been building his career from the ground, working with fantastic colleagues of different races and learning a lot from every individual client I help on a daily basis. I learnt more about people and their behaviour when not being given what they looking for. I have really enjoyed being the person who makes clients walk out with a smile and Forex in their hands
