The expected and Unexpected

Atypical day starts and 8:45am.Whereby it is three staff members, We do the Daily meeting, daily banking, counting of stock, cleaning and previous day paperwork. Doors open at 09:00am and we start to attend to Customers. as Store Managers I check the e-mails and do the time and attendance. We check our Figures Turnover, New Accounts, KPI, Lay-bys and High Values. Make sure that new information is past down to the other staff members. Deal with Complaints.

Cons: No further promotions and achievements

Excellent Learning curve

It's great working in a company like TFG and standard of work is very high. They are more focused on administration. And the work ethics are great. I believe I have learned we quite a lot from American Swiss and wity experience as well am very determined and more focused and oriented in all aspects of the job.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn
Cons: Long working hours and change visuals now and again
