Great company with amazing staff, a lot of experience including working with international colleagues. The company is in a small part of the Healthcare in South Africa. Biotechnology is the best way to explain it.

Good opportunity to establish operational effectiveness

My current employer is a new entity in South Africa that was registered close to 4 years ago. My role was to establish and set up operational structures of HR. Being part of the local Leadership team, my responsibility extends to influencing and guiding business decision making as well as part-taking in the localization of the global strategy to the local affiliate.

Cons: Culture of group think, disempowerment of management and not open to innovation
