Excellent learning, training and development

I have a thorough knowledge of HRM systems, training and development, account's, recruitment etc. I maintain a professional relationship with all my colleagues. Understand them and always encourage the a happy work environment means a happy environment to work in, thus cutting down on absenteeism, and unhealthy work relations. Train and develop everyone so that they are familiar with new products and how to use it. It is only human to make mistakes, rather than ruling with an iron find out what the problem is sort it always be understanding to anyone. My office has an open door policy, I am always ready to listen as well as correct. Employees feel happy to work at their best even when they do not want to.

Pros: I always get to encourage people, and for me training and development, advice and trust
Cons: I loved my job but I had to leave due to allot personal reasons
