I basically work from 6am to 6pm, I have a good relationship with my co-workers, I have learned how to interact work people. What I enjoy the most about my job is interacting with people and the challenging part is the working hours

Growth

Growth is what I love about the company and working with people ,I have a good relationship with everyone who works there.The salary is what I am not happy about. my work load was okay I could handle everything and still do extra work on the side. The working hours are too much but I can handle them 7a.m-5p.m.

Learning curve

Time spent in the atmosphere is fun, helps you get your attitude right now but from there on we work while standing all day. The working hours are ridiculously long and there's no basic salary, we live off Commission. Working hours are 6am-7pm everyday, we are only off on sundays. I've learnt how to maintain my attitude even when dealing with negative customers, how to take control and how to work my territory correctly.

Great opportunity in learning and running your own company

I work from Monday to Saturday,everyday at work is a learning program we get motivated and developed to became manager I have a great relationship with the co-workers because I learn from them everyday at work I have learned to take control of my self and other's and also to have a great attitude at all time I now believe in myself and I see development or growth in my self ,I enjoy talking to different people everyday and also the platform I'm given to teach and learn from someone I enjoy the impacts and motivation we have everyday .Making sale consistently is my biggest challenge in the business.

Excellent learning

The company does not pay enough. We depend on profit only if application is aprroved. Working from 6:00 to 18:00 I learned to have greater attitude and maintaining my attitufe
