Excelent learning curve

we have three shifts that we are doing. morning and afternoon and night shift and we work as an team and we have good understanding with my co workers and i have learnt to respect and work as an team and my most challenging moment is when other workers are not performing their duties. i have enjoy knowing this part of job in the agriculture sector
