A new warehouse setup and layout experience

A normal days of work consists of many orders being picked and packed. Dispatching follows that. I'am a very friendly person but know where to draw the lines with staff. I have learnt that staff need to be happy and treating them right is all we need to do. Working hands on with staff is most enjoyable.

Pros: Excellent working hours
Cons: Job gets monotonous
