Excellent learning curve
your typical ISP call center , i started off as an intern then i finally worked myself up the ranks and became a level call center agent dealing with client of different kinds helping them and troubleshooting Internet issues also assisting with day to day duties like logging calls and tops and following up clients open tickets my relationship with the co workers was excellent , lots of support from the upper level technicians we all worked as a team at the end of the day i have learnt a lot about Networking which seems to be my favorite part of I.T and im really passionate about

Work is great and all staff members are friendly and able to work with,Employees following instructions and directed . Management makes the best out of all things,Try to make employees improve,skills matrix to improve,voice out concerns and points of views.

Great company to work for. Good learning opertunities. Internet is a cut through business and it takes a great company to succeed. Amobia is one of the best. I have learned lot and had the opertunity to lead and help people better themself. Time has come to move on.

Please do a thorough research on the company
It's ok working but no real management to supervise or report to. My colleagues are great to work with and makes the day easier. I've learnt a lot, self taught as I am an individual that learns quick and always looking for ways and ideas to better or making the job much more manageable. Getting people connected Ted to the world and a happy customer and excellent service, no matter what company I work for, customer always comes first but not limited to. The most challenging aspects of my job is that no matter what you ask for or escalate to the necessary people, it does not get resolved as hoped for.
