AS I have started as an Artisan and develop through to executive management level I have experience of the importance of each level within an organisation to appreciate the input and operational value of each level.

Excellent

This is an excellent environment that teaches you to challenge yourself in the service of other's. It allows me to go beyond expectation and gives me the oppertuniy to grow while I am allowed to assist other people in their capacity to grow and develop themselves too. I have range over students, projects, data as well as brand design, power point, wird and excell, social marketing, event management as well as content writing. As such I am able to be both creative and academic and feel purpose driven. I feel competent and happy in my job. I have an excellent relationship with the lecturers and students which feeds my enthusiasm to excell and give my best. A typical day involves correspondence and open communication, allowing me to immerse myself in the student data and stay updated with company operations and trends, when reporting to stakeholders.

Pros: None
Cons: There is no limit to my working hours however this is dependent on my internal locus of control
