Not likely to grow in the company, it has a lot of benefits however it's only beneficial to some people than others....There are a few great team leaders and managers that would really show you their appreciation. There also quite s few good skills that they teach you. No suggestions from employees gets notified or approved...

Great experience.

Very good relationship with co workers, able to cover each other for any mistakes Not much challenge in daily basis become very good with needles and get used to working on a computer. The pace we work on is super nice though on hectic days you can miss tea and lunch time.

Excellent learning curve

Understanding the importance of how much you learn through blood work importance of record keeping proper identification of clients learning new conditions which trouble people and management of those illnesses as well as able to determine gender of a person without even seeing that patient through blood ranges body tissues investigations
