Great room for growth within the company. Great co-workers. Management was good

I enjoyed worki g with my co-workers as we worked as a team. As I learnt a lot from them. I started under and worked myself up. I learnt so much about working with people and how to handle a situation proffesionaly. It was sad leaving the company but the years I worked thete I can honestly say I did my best every day and never stopped learning. Management was great at first but then new management came in and it all went a bit south as sone employees were favoured and the people working the hardest got all the bad but no good wich I found unprofesional. Putting that aside overall I had a great time working for Ampath and enjoyed my co-workers as well as my job I loved what I did and bei g involved with all the patients. I really do miss all of them

It is a learning curve of my career

The company that I work for recognised my hard work and I was given a chance to prove myself as a laboratory manager. That was turning point of my career when I realise the qualities I have and knowing myself better since I was dealing with people and I have learned people management . The training that the company offered helped me a lot. The challenges where there but the support from the top management made them easy to deal with, when I took over the management post the lab had 58 internal findings and 6 external findings. I have managed to improve the lab by decreasing the number of internal findings to 25 and external findings to 5.
