I have the need to be apart of something bigger and bigger team.The need for new challengers.

I love working with people,so i have always maintained a good relationship with my peers. Work day consists of suppliers follow up on PO,reception,quotes. The challengers of my job function is keeping our supplier relationship healthy and fresh. Talking to people is what i enjoy best,happy faces. Thanks

Pros: enjoy the long standing relationships i have built with clients and suppliers
Cons: working alone all the time and been the team is no fun.

I have learnt to work on Pastel

Our company is a system integration company. We have downsized quite a bit to date. My day consists of reception,placing orders,supplier invoicing,debtors etc and everything else in between. I am the only one in the accounts department. I have very good people skills,work well in a team and on my own.i love maintain relationships customer and colleagues. the most challenging part of my position,is getting the deliveries of stick items in so we dont delay on projects.

Pros: no room for growth at my current company
Cons: i have need to be part of a team again,not much interaction with the people.

Gained experience in the admin field

I have learnt not to work for small companies. made good relationships with people that i still maintain after the ones that have left. challengers was trying to my director to have structure in his business and people skills.

Pros: Made good relationships customer and suppliers
Cons: Management no people skilss

Experience

I do the debtor's, creditors, stock control,reception ,purchase ordering,quotes. supplier invoicing capturing,cashbook,tax type reports. I have to ensure deliveries are in time and stock is available to meet project deadlines. Challenging is sitting on the financial manager to pay on time to keep our accounts open. i enjoy building and maintaining relationships with people.

Pros: i got pastel experience.
Cons: only women in the company,been the team and not part of one
