Great company to work for

It is one of the best company to work for , salary is satisfactory when you are permanent employee, there is a great atmosphere among the employees , the management also has good working relationship with the staff, there is lot of growth within the company if you know exactly what you need , there some improvement needed though in some areas such as the security as stock get lost or missing due to theft and people have to go for polygraph many of them being innocent of course, Directors are more involved with the staff and take into consideration the needs of the employees. On a typical working day it gets extremely busy especially on the dispatch area where customers come collect their stock so i think there is a need for more people to be hired on that department to make sure that clients do wait for long hours for their stock
