Everyday is an experienced day, where employees or clients have problems that needa to be resolved. CCMA unique cases. I enjoyed most that clients are happy as well as the employees. I have learned alot from timekeeping to IR relations.

Fruitful learning

Working at AMT is a lovely working experience, where one deals with different clients. One has learned to work under immense pressure and meet dead lines. The flexible reporting structure allows me to learn from different managers and managerial styles.

Excellent leaning job

Hi there I'm currently not working and looking for a job urgently. Working for Amt was great and I've learned so much about industrial relations and mostly working with different types of candidates. The relationship with my employer was normal like any other company I've ever worked for. I've enjoyed the type of training or development programmes that were put in place. The most challenging was working every day Monday to Monday without a break.

Good company

Good support structure and working balance..transport and allowance..flexible hours although long hours at times. Open door policy. Friendly staff. Understanding and torrible clients..management understanding and patient..lots of training for personal development
