It's been a great experience wor king with different cultures.

The job has been great in a sense I've been meeting directors and top management on a one on one almost daily as I work close to our headirectory office. There are many learnings that came out of the time I spent with thus company and hopefully was able to transform and impact lives. The diverse nature of the team I managed was more complex than in Johannesburg as was not something I was able to get right in 5 months in my role. The brand is one of the brands I see growing boldly and rapidly in the next years as their business model is all about value and quality which is a unique selling point. The one thing I would like the business to Change is the howay they did things to not be reactive.

Pros: Great perks, well known company and been aroundoing for many years.
Cons: Not enough resources to enable me to do my job efficiently

Good learning experience

we work at a very transparent enviroment if something deosnt feel right with you we address it as team and move forward just so we can have a very nice working enviroment. i hace learnt to stand my own gorund and fight for what i believe and more especially working even without supervision and being innitiative.

Pros: growth in the company
Cons: woring late during mounth but then it comes with the job

Excellent leaning curve

A typical day would be to great client and help them with there problems. Ensure that all the details are correct and in order. Answer calls and make appointments. My relationship with my co-workers was good. They were very helpful and hard works at most.
