At Analytical Risk management we work 12 Hours and also as per Government.My relationship with other co-workers are well good as when I speak to them they always listen to me,even when I give them instruction they do it as it is,even when it comes to discipline they are well discipline.What I have learnt from them is that you must not take things personal when someone did a wrong thing against you or failing to do what you tell them to do and that person fails,you have to be patient for every person as we learn by our mistakes or other peoples mistakes.I enjoyed working with them everyday as I wish to join your Company with them as they are the hard working security officers. The most challenging aspects of my job was when there's an incident of whereby employees get injured at workplace and whereby security officer fails to report on duty and didn't inform me.

Am young man willing to learn new things all the time.

I enjoy my job a lot about cause its give me challenge am dealing with different people every day . I give biometric access to all victors and staff personnel on site. I conduct inspection of the building daily basis for facility management department on site . I look after all security risk and conduct risk assessment for the site. I attend meets with client for site operations once of a week. I do disciplinary code for security personnel on site and attend the case at CCMA when its necessary.

Pros: Am willing to get more challege than this coase what am doing am used to it.
Cons: sometimes i do knock off after 6 especail if we have board meetings on site.

Excellent learning curve

I work closely with all departments,on a daily basis I do Inductions for all new employees,scanning in documents,hosting toolbox talks with all staff mainly on safety,submit daily/weekly and monthly reports.Load gate registers and check pre-trip sheets to the load plan.I have learnt a lot in aspects of policies and procedures and what I enjoy is a busy day and strive under pressure.

It has no room for improvement unfortunately.

Im a strong woman that is capable of doing anything that is given to me, willing to learn and relocate if possible. I was the one that introduced the easy roster system for improving the working conditions. We did have challenges of meeting dead lines of salary payments and I never failed to meet the dead line. I'm easy to work with people but I'm also dedicated to do my job.
