It's an Excellent learning opportunity

It has been an excellent learning opportunity for me however there is no possible growth and I personally would like to grow within a company that I am within. I personally believe that employers should treat their staff as equally as themselves, recognise and reward their additional efforts therefore the employees will forever and always remain loyal and happy. An average day for me at my current employment is highly demanding and there's always something new learnt everyday and I simply enjoy it however there was no rewards given for my extra effort.

Pros: Great exposure
Cons: Salary isn't adequate

Excellent experiencial opportunities

It has been a fantastic opportunity for me in attaining different as well as advancediscussed experiences for me however I have now proved my worth withholding those experiences and now ready for growth further up the corporate ladder advancing my skills and worth.

Cons: No growth
