Have partial knowledge of the fermentation process and separation
• Preparation of media, chemical solutions, reagents and standards • Measurements of pH, viscosity, brix, sludge and density/ specific gravity of raw materials • Analysis of sugar foam and foam height • Preparation and inoculation of culture into fermentation vessels. • Inoculation of pre fermenters, adding vitamins to PF, and taking aseptic and sterile samples from main and pre fermenters as per protocol. • Analysis of raw materials in process and final products in microbiology • Calibration and maintenance of all lab equipment • Analysis of dry matter content, viability, clini test, gassing activity, proteins and phosphates. • Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to GLP • Perform swab test on the food contact surfaces and production • Operating spectrophotometer, microscopy, Mettler moisture analyzer, autoclave, kjeldahl analyzer, fermentormeter, hydrometer, pH meter, HPLC and NIR • Management and ordering of laboratory stock using the opsuite system

Excellent learning curve
Good working environment with understanding managers always willing to assist wherever possible. I have learnt a lot form Quality control to New product development. The hours are accommodating. there's no time for lunch breaks but no one forces you to work. Everyone works according to their pace as long as cwork is done on tome.

I am looking forward to learn and help to grow the Company together.
I was working as machine operator position. My relationship with co-workers was good,we were working as team,helping each other to grow the Company all the time. I have learnt so many things e.g.I have learnt to work as a team. I have learnt that communication is the key. I have learnt to take care of the work place. I have learnt to focus always when I'm operating.

Excellent
I have gained a good wprking knowledge in the field of biotechnology. The company really help improve my communication skills as I was working with different people of different beliefs and religions. I am now have a strong inter personal skills and am a hard worker, willing to go extra mile in order to achieve a given task. I am a fast learner. I worked as a lab technician where were were testing yeast an making sure it is suitable for human consumption before being sold to customers. Really had a good relationship with my colleagues as we were working as a team where by effective communication was more important. The most challenging aspect is when we had no enough product to be issues to the customers a d when one of our colleague is off sick

Honesty to work at Anchor Yeast i was love people were good they treat people equal you fell special as that you working with your brothers and sisters and seems that were come in the same back ground it was lovely environment and the Colleagues were nice because i start the as general work but the show me different work and i end up became detail checker which is good
Pros: People that work the treat people equal and the is no racist the weather you black or white they treat you the same and is what i love most

Good learning area
It has good training for it's employees but the stuff it's too less since there is too much work to be done. The environment is amazing since everyone gets along and work as a team.

Too much work. The worst company. Only promoting Indians
Fast paced environments and the worst company to work m getting paid peanuts and yworsy company. Work load is to much and yet we earning peanutaet the work load is too much

Nothing much you stuck in one place
The place has a good culture thats the only perk of working here, other than that working in production is bad due to enormaous pressure and responsiblities but there is hardly any room for growth and the imbalance of salarys between different departments is huge. This is very demotivating

Good relationship with Fellow colleaugues Ambitious God Fearing I always give 110%. I always give what is expected and more. If I dont know something, I will say but I will make it my responsibility
