Forming period in my career life

I have started as PA for the Operations Manager at that time, I climbed the ladder to success for 9years. A very tragic thing happened with my family and I had to relocate from Thabazimbi to Randfontein. I know I have the experience to run a very successful logistical operation as that is what I have been doing for 9 years. Challenges like no stock and trucks at the dispatch gate. I was solely in charge of production planning vs. dispatches to customers worldwide. Daily planning daily budget planning daily staffing planning. Very good with people.

Pros: Very good opportunities
Cons: A lot of top management issues

Excellent learning curve

I enjoy the job that i do currently and my employment: A typical work day would be around the month end with all the time sheets, clockings OR a day at the CCMA I have a great relationship with my fellow co-workers in terms of communication, Team work-Iam an Industrial Relations Officer-one of my co responsibility is ensuring a great relationship in the working place I have learned a lot such as arranging disciplinary cases,Time and Attendance, attending CCMA cases,lecturing etc I enjoy being always busy The most challenging aspects of my job is Disciplinary cases with the unions

Pros: Excellent relationship between management and employees
Cons: It is a small company does not allow growth
