New challenge

Managing the ANDRITZ branch located in Kyalami / North of Johannesburg, the service center in Witbank/eMalahleni and the two offices in KwaZulu Natal and Capetown. It was part of the responsibility to represent ANDRITZ in Africa as well as in the middle east for the entire product portfolio. Furthermore to focus on product development, design and international supply chain including maintenance in and through the Center of Competence CoC the so called Product Home of our own / local products as they are Thickeners & Flocculant Plants, Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filters and Linear Screens including worldwide sales structure. On top: Service and Service-Center for Spare Parts, Field Service contracts und Refurbishments. Headcount: around 80 Order Intake: approx. 30 Million EURO directly, approx. 20 Million EURO indirectly on top

Excellent Business management

A typical day entails managing projects and dealing with claims either from the the sub-contractors and customers the relationship with co-workers is fantistic and more based on the trust and the support for each other I have lent to manage a business through going a theree year course in Austria I enjoyed the challenge which m my work brings The most challenging aspect of my job is that each and very project is unique.working with contracts and the customers,engaged into legal claims.

Good and progressing company

working at Andritz Delkor is very nice it is a very cool environment and a place where one would like to work at. The company has nice people coligues, managers and a good director. I work with very active team workers we are very productive. I have learned that it is very important to work under pressure and to have time management to be able to achieve a productive day. I enjoy doing my job most. The most challenging aspects of the job is when dealing with difficult clients.

Pros: there are opportunities for promotions
Cons: I do work long hours for my benefit of improving productive work
