No growth.

At the start of shift me and the team have d a drill assistants I have to do a risk assessment, I have to prepare a hole that has to be drilled. Grease the rods when the operator change them, then clean the hole after drilling, measure and plug it with a bag containing drill chips then write the meters on the tag. Tram machine to& from workshop for service and to different areas to be drilled. The challenges are exposure to hot and cold weather more especially when working night shift. Walking on foot around the pit exposed to dust and excessive noise.

Pros: No opportunities for promotion
Cons: Weekend works

I worked for this company since I was young,I joined them as an assistant mechanic and the promoted to the receiving clerk and storeman,I am very honest and dedicate man whom even the directors or shareholders trust with what am doing,

Willing to learn

I have learned about hydraulics maintaining and prevent breakdowns love the work every day is challenging and never the same its hard work but fun I enjoy fixing things and the knowledge you gain by doing your work its a nice company to work for

Pros: Good benifits
Cons: Long hours and not really place to grow
