What I have enjoyed to learn new things every day work related and personally

we start work at 7:30-16:00 Monday to Friday excluding holidays. I work with very dedicated people always working as a team to meet our objectives. i have learn so much in terms of our values collaboration,safety,intergrity in your job care and respect, accountability, and innovation. I have learn to work hard and take responsibility in my work. What I have enjoyed to learn new things every day work related and personally.

Pros: its abig company ang your expose to many things
Cons: working with daily stats.

Learning curve

Working for the current company has really helped me build on my leadership skills and how important it is to work in a team. I have been exposed to a lot of challenges which has only enabled me to be stronger and advanced my skill in finance.

Career Objective

An experienced and well maintained professional having ample amount of knowledge in banking and finance sector and seeking an opportunity in the organization to use my skills and be able to contribute to the firm for which I am working. I will put my best effort to learn the company's policies and make better decisions in the favour of the company.

Pros: Organized detail-oriented Cash Management Accounts Administrator responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure designated cash processing, reconciliation and reporting functions are completed in a timely manner while in compliance with policy and regulations.
Cons: Working overtime when required

Our company is a good company and lives up to its value

values are lived all the time , it is a family of different ethices the company always put effort in assisting their employees to grow all the time the people i work we have a good working relationship and learn from one another

Pros: we are given the fondation to state our ideas to help the company grow
Cons: every company has its cons which at the end benefits both parties

I was taken in as a graduate and been taught a lot about the company and Organisation Management

A typical work day at work is basically following the same processes such as creating positions and org units for the mining sites of Anglo American. Myself and my co-workers share a very happy and relaxed relationship, as everyone gets along with each other and are able to sort out difference with one another whenever things go sour. I have learnt a whole lot that i did not know about the organisation and the various people that i work with, i continue to pass on what i have learnt from my manager to my teammates. I mostly enjoy learning new things and shadowing my manager. The most challenging aspect of my job is pressure, as things should always be done with precision as one mistake can impact other processes
