Not much learning

There is no much of a challenge and not enough training opportunities are available Services highly centralised Staff resistant to change Salary level is lower compared to other industries They have good housing and pension fund allowances Leave days per year are less than what they promised

Pros: Great carree oportunities with the bursary scheme
Cons: Less challnging roles
