Personal profile A specialist Safety, Health, Environment and Security person with comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations. Achieved excellent results at the Projects that deployed at. Managed large numbers of people and successfully influenced SHE outcomes. Continuously mentor, train and coach sub-ordinates, peers and management to achieve expected SHE outcomes on Project Sites. During negotiations with interested and affected parties we have been able to resolve many issues that otherwise could have delayed progress. Always been able to deliver results while working within the parameters of allocated budgets. In most cases achieving some savings. I am an articulate individual with excellent communication and report writing skills. Computer literate insofar as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is concerned.

I call my self , the leader of tomorrow . reason being. Im the kind of person who love and enjoys being around people. Grate manager to my staff . we have an open and professional relationship and work together all the time . were i work is my second home , were i spend most off my time doing what i enjoy and love which is electrition. I believe thats what im going at , and still growing...

Exceptional working learning

Being a team is the most important thing than an individual also be committed to listening is a plus to achieve our goals. Team work at my work place is amazing it makes it easy for our job to be executed though that it needs to start with the support from the above us not forgetting that safety is a way of life by working safe I will be protecting my fellow colleagues be your brother's keeper and if one is working unsafe stop him/her

Proof Myself

Although I have spent a lot of time in the mining environment Projects differ greatly from Mining and Safety/Risk applications remain constant throughout all industries.

I learned alot in Anglo

working at anglo is great, i just want to do more and learn more. every day is a new challenge. i enjoy off weekends. breakdowns is the challenge. i get along with co-workers.

Pros: i havent gotten any oppertunities for promotions.

I HAVE LEARNED A LOT FROM MY WORK, THE SKILLS TO COMMUNICATE BETTER

IT IS VERY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR, GETTING REQUEST FOR TENDERS AND PRICE INCREASES FROM SUPPLIERS, I HAVE AGOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS AS WE ARE A TEAM. I REALLY EXCHANGING IDEAS WITH SUPPLIER AND ACGIEVING THE ALTIMATE GOAL. I LEARNED TO BE MORE UNDERSTANDING. PRESENTING PRICE ADJUSTMENT TO THE SOUTH AFRICAN LEADRSHIP AT ANGLO IS ONE OF MY BIGGEST CHALLENGES BUT I HAVE LEARNEDC TO MASTER MY CRAFT.
