My fall is when client call and I don't have all the answers they need. Working with this girls is very important as we understand each other. My learning at this industry is you must know the act, without it you are finished. I enjoy doing the sums, its challenging when the books need to go to the auditors and you didn't balance or posted wrong account. You have to go back and see the what went wrong.

Pros: There is no promotion as such. We are a very small company.
Cons: no long working hours

What make me like my job is when I interact with people personal and telephonically and resolve their query with pride. I earn that star when after our conversation my client is actually satisfy. My co workers are my family I rely on them when coming to work related. I enjoy month end when doing the bank reconciliation. Those bank account is very tiring but I enjoy making them balance. The most challenging is when I didn't balance the books and they have to go to the auditors that is most challenging
