Excellent working curve

Working at Anova health institute is an interesting company where you learn alot of things on the daily basis .my relationship with my co-workers is a good one because it is neccessary to obtain a good relationship with everyone so we can be able to assist each other. I have learned a lot of things in the facility on how to treat people because we work with people and mostly tl respect each other despite the work you are doing. I enjoy working on tier.net because am able to do alot of things which I didn't know at the begging. The most challenging aspect of my job is if u start late to do statistics you are going to be challenge as it has a deadline .

Not much to learn in my current role. Career advancement pportunities are very limited.

Can be an outreach campaign, a meeting to attend, visiting clients, or doing administrative work. Most co-workers are great team players.Not much to learn as opportunities are restricted. Working out of the office is what I enjoy most. The most challenging aspect is when you cannot make own decisions about the work you know best without running it by the manager.

Pros: Working with a great team
Cons: Limited growth opportunities; limited decision-making platform; no bonus for good performance
