My Day At Anova

My day start with signing the register at the reception.then checking if there's any meetings or trainings requiring refreshments then update the General worker, then check if there's any cars that are available for taking the staff to the facilities and meetings.

Pros: there's lots to learn and grow professionally
Cons: relying on other people to produce your duties

How to handle my self with office conflict

I worked as call center for a year and moved to admin work and promoted to Teamleader. I am very good in time management and I have a great communication skills. I can blend with any person I find.

It's been a great place to learn and be more independent

As the day starts you need energy to start the day I what I enjoy the most is that I my work pla e is not far from home.e Very good rela5with colleagues and work as a tea. Learnt to be Most challe ging is the I work I a busy ci.muniry and we end up not taking tea breaks and breaks due to ma y patients more independent and growth

Cons: Seeing more patients,working under pressure.

Fast pased learning space

Working for Anova was fantastic. Irrespective of organasational structure issues. I was great to have been exposed in that environment becuase i now understand management process well and i had to manage difficult people . It was not easy but i have learnt a lot in a short space of time. Teaching experince was exellent becuase i had to teach professionals about key populations and that i had to manage a classroom of delderly people who had fixated cultural and religeous beliefs and managing a diverse class like that it was not easy and i have grown from that experience.

Pros: Good career opportunities
Cons: Too much back stabbing and no standards.
