Current Responsibilities
Administer all property damage recovery and worker compensation program and approve all risk management claim. Coordinate with all claimants to resolve all customer and employee issues. Develop and execute all claims and litigation education programs. Also work with municipality claims of Tshwane using the program called ECAS SYSTEM to generate and register claims. Also dealing with motor and non-motor claims for City of Johannesburg & City of Tshwane. Recently I’m dealing the transnet account on all assets claims besides TFR claims. Also working on the TCAS system to retrieve new claim

i Nicholas Mashego hold Matric, level4 Office admin and INSETA credits and i have expirence on both certicate i hold.under insurance industry i have worked on different types of policy scheduls and also on their claims. I am committed to giving the best of myself to my work and assisting fellow employees where my help is needed.
