Learnt immense alot about the debt review process and its legalities.

I enjoyed working within the debt review environment, and learnt a lot about the proceedings and day to day administration of it. it was a bit challenging at first as I ventured into unknown territory, but I managed as I am a fast learner. i had a healthy relationship with all my superiors and peers.

Gaining more experience

Advising consumers about their debts and reduce their instalments into affordable amount. But overall I have worked for call centre in debt collection and customer service including office staff. I have gained lot of experience and learn how to communicate with people and learn to understand their situations instead of thinking about myself only. I am computer literate as well.

Pros: Great opportunity for administration and marketing skills
Cons: Long working hours
