Excellent experience

The company culture is so good and the type of experience i have gain it excellent. the relationship with the co-workers is good. i join as a administrator and moved to be a senior administrator looking after 3 other administrators. Now i have moved from that i'm on the sales department now. for now that i have joined the sales department i'm still learning the ropes and Technics of a good sales person

Excellent learning curve for me

Its an environment that one has to have a tough skin to go through a lot, you must have a good understanding of the business and the market / sector that you helping the consultant with. I have learned to be a good communicate as i do communicate with candidates and client on a daily basis. The challenging aspect about my job see that when you think you done with the whole process of recruitment and the candidate drops you at the final stage
