I have learnt a new skill as to how our country's legal system works in terms of Appeals. It was a great opportunity but not too much on the benefit side of the company.

Empty promises

No contract (they don't believe in contracts) Pay is too little Leave is frowned upon and often turned down Overtime is much more than legally allowed They let people go because they don't like them and never treat their employees wit respect

Pros: The company is highly recommended because of our work standard
Cons: long working hours, no leave and no contract

Experience in a different field

I am able to work independently, expertly and under pressure. At the present company we have deadlines to complete within a specific period of time which is successfully done and we work as a team. I am able to not only work in a team but independently. I am able to remain calm under pressure, ability to complete from beginning to end what needs to be done and take clear and complete instructions as well. I speak English and Afrikaans fluently.

Pros: Know what is expected. Similary work all the time
Cons: No salary increases in present company
