APS Reviews

Committed to excellence

A day at APS consists of seeing clients, making sure stands are presentable, clean, well merchandised, pricing is correct, staff members are well trained, following up on orders placed, making sure that all damaged and aged stock is credited. I have excellent relationships with all of my clients throughout the Eastern Cape. I enjoy chatting to buyers and have grown close on some of my clients. I have learned that the after sale service is more important than the initial sale. Making sure clients' orders are delivered in time, that the correct stock has been delivered and that they are happy. I enjoy seeing the results of hard work, pursuing and persevering and looking back and realising that every effort has been worth it. What is most challenging about this job is convincing a nes client that there is no risk in the purchase because of the trial period sale offered. People are still too scared to try something new, even when they have nothing to lose.

Pros: Not bound to office, seeing different clients everyday
Cons: Traveling and being away from home for a week at a time
